Noel’s Catering has catered weddings in the Central Vermont area since 1997. As a full service caterer, we have always been able to assist you with all the details of planning your reception. Noels has been working closely with local rental companies and can handle all of your rental needs for you including large tents, tables and chairs, plate ware, glassware and all tabletop linens. Today, our professional team has over seventy years of combined hands – on experience, led by owner and chef William Noel. The years have taught us just how personal and sometimes challenging the planning of a wedding can be, so a member of the Noel’s team is always available to smooth every step of the way. We take the opportunity to get to know each bride and groom and share in your excitement and pride on your wedding day.

Noel’s will take your wedding location – Open meadow with a Marquee tent, a classic and restored Vermont barn, or any of the prestigious wedding settings in the Central Vermont area – and capture exactly the look and feel that you have dreamed of for your wedding day. Your chef will be of sophisticated experience. Your staff will be eager to please. Your menu, made of the freshest ingredients, creatively presented, served with a quiet grace, will be the signature of your celebration.

Debra Poplawski has been designing and creating custom wedding cakes since 1986. Her style reflects ‘Simple Elegance’ and mirrors the desires of the Bride and Groom. The use of all natural ingredients including different flavorings, chocolates, liquors, butter cream frostings and seasonal fruit compliments each other, producing a beautiful centerpiece for your wedding and a delicious delicacy for your guests.
The Sky is the limit when designing the wedding cake of your dreams for your special occasion. All cakes are custom made to the specifics of the Bride & Groom (or Party planner). Some suggestions include the following cakes:
- A moist Chocolate Cake with Kahlua Fudge Frosting with Chocolate Leaves and Chocolate Cocoa Beans,
- French Vanilla Genoise Cake filled with Fresh Strawberries soaked in Grande Marnier and White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting decorated with White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate covered Strawberries,
- Fresh Carrot Cake with Pineapple and Coconut with an Orange Cream Cheese Filling and a light Vanilla Buttercream Frosting decorated with Walnuts and Fresh Flowers.
Another beautiful idea for your guest is to incorporate a dessert buffet with your wedding cake which includes an assortment of specialty cookies, cakes, pies, truffles, chocolate covered strawberries, pastries and more.

Your Dream Wedding
Your dream wedding at Sunrise Mountain Village, Bear Mountain, Killington, Vermont.
Noel’s can arrange for a 3-day wedding event for up to 75 of your closest friends and family.
At Sunrise Village we have multiple condos to house you and your guest, a indoor and out door pool, hot tub, gym and a private full service restaurant with bar.
Noel’s can arrange activities for you and your guest ranging from Mountain biking, golfing, kayaking and even horseback riding.
Check in Thursday night for a relaxing and very quite nights sleep. Wake Friday morning to a full breakfast at Noels Restaurant, the coffee will be ready!
After breakfast we will send you off to your choice of activities.
Friday night rehearsal dinner, Saturday ceremony by the pond and a reception all at one location.
Before you leave Sunrise Village, Noel’s will offer you and your guest a Sunday Brunch!
