Assortment of Noel's Flavored Butters:
Garlic & Herb, Lemon Dill & Scampi Butter

Noel's has created our line of Gourmet Finishing butters for all to enjoy.

As we all know there isn't enough time in the day so we at Noel's want to help make your cooking responsibilities just a little easier.

Use Noel's finishing butters where ever you would us plain butter.

Shrimp Scampi the easy way!

Boil or grill your preference of shrimp until thoroughly cooked, in a sauté pan place a tad of olive oil and gently sauté some mushrooms.

Cook your choice of pasta (angel hair / linguini or fettuccini) and once it is cooked place on a plate and top with the sautéed mushrooms and the boiled or grilled shrimp.

Now take a few spoonfuls of Noel's Scampi butter and place in a small glass bowl and microwave for 15 or seconds, you will see the butter froth up like a cream sauce, now pour over the plated pasta and enjoy!

Feel free to substitute scallops for the shrimp.

Grilled Salmon filet with Noel's Lemon Dill butter

Grill salmon filet and place on a serving platter, now take a few spoon full's of Noel's Lemon Dill butter and place right on top of the salmon filet, let it melt for best results and serve, Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.

Any of Noel's assorted finishing butters will taste great with salmon.

Grilled Portabellas with Noel's Garlic Herb butter

Grill or oven roasts the portabella mushroom, once removed from the oven or the grill simply place a spoonful or 2 right on top.

Kid friendly pasta with Noel's finishing butters

For a quick and easy kid's meal cook desired pasta and toss with your choice of Noel's finishing butters, all kids enjoy pasta!

Fresh Scallops with Lemon Dill butter

It doesn't get any easier than this, gently boil the scallops (sea or bay scallops) then place in a bowl and add your personal preference of Noel's finishing butters and toss, serve over a bed of pasta or with a side of rice. Bon Appetite!

Baked Potato

One of my favorites

Once you have baked the potato take a knife and make a slit in the potato, squeeze until the potato opens up, now place your preference of Noel's finishing butter right on top, let it melt and enjoy!

Sautéed Shrimp With Capers

Ingredients needed:
2 tsp olive oil
1 scallion minced
2 pounds of shrimp, trimmed, thawed and rinsed
1 container of Noel's Caper Butter

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add thawed shrimp and sauté until shrimp turn pink. Then add 2 tablespoons of Noel's Caper Butter, chopped scallions and toss well. For more caper flavor, add more Noel's Caper Butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a side dish of rice and fresh vegetables.

Pesto Shrimp and Asparagus Fettuccine

Ingredients needed:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 lb. of frozen, uncooked cocktail sized shrimp
1 box Birds Eye Frozen Asparagus Cuts
1 container of Noel's Pesto Butter
12 ounces uncooked fettuccine

Cook fettuccine according to package directions, adding asparagus to water 8 minutes before pasta is cooked. Drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add thawed shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Leaving shrimp in skillet reduce heat to low and stir in 3 tablespoons of Noel's Pesto Butter, toss with fettuccine and asparagus and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.

Quick And Easy Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients needed:
2 pounds of shrimp, trimmed, thawed and rinsed
1 container of Noel's Caper, Pesto or Scampi Butter

Gently boil shrimp and, once cooked, remove them. Then melt one of Chef Noel's flavored butters and start dipping. For a quick and easy entrée toss the cooked shrimp with one of Noel's flavored butters and serve over a bed of pasta. Your guest will think that you attended culinary school!

Fresh Scallops With Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese

Ingredients needed:
Fresh or frozen scallops
1 or 2 tablespoons Noel's Garlic and Herb Dip
Marsala wine

Place fresh or frozen scallops in a casserole dish and 1 or 2 tablespoons of Noel's Garlic and Herb Dip. Drizzle with Marsala wine and bake at 350° for 12 - 15 minutes. An instant seafood delight!

Stuffed Salmon With Fresh Asparagus Spears

Ingredients needed:
Fresh salmon filet
Noel's Garlic and Herb Dip
4 asparagus spears

Butterfly a fresh salmon filet and spread Noel's Garlic and Herb Dip inside along with 4 asparagus spears and bake at 350° for 12 - 15 minutes. You've never had salmon so easy!

Chicken Boursin

Ingredients needed:
Chicken breast
slice of vine ripened tomato
1 spoonful of Noel's Garlic and Herb Dip

Cook boneless chicken breast, remove from heat and add a slice of vine ripened tomato and a spoonful of Noel's Garlic and Herb Dip on top, pop back into oven at 350° for an additional 10 minutes. Your guests will think you attended culinary arts school!
