Your event is special. At Noel's Specialty Foods & Catering, we help make it a success. Below are a few sample menus for various types of events.

Sample Wedding Menu
Cold Food Station
Crudités and cheese station – assorted cheeses including pepper monteray jack, smoked gouda and Vt. cheddar all displayed with garden vegatables / baskets and mirrors served with a variety of crackers and dipping sauces.
Fresh fruit display – assorted fruits including, Honeydew / cantaloupe / watermelon / strawberries and grapes, displayed on platters with whole pineapples. Including yogurt for dipping.
Complimentary Passed appetizers (our own product line)
Chefs own Apple smoked salmon and smoked trout filets displayed with sliced red onions, capers and rye squares, served with honey mustard and crème fraiche
Additional passed appetizers – not to spicy Quesadillas served with a side of sour cream with chives, Bruchetta with chifanade of fresh basil cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Passed shrimp cocktail – served with fresh sliced lemons and a zesty cocktail sauce with burgundy.
Sweet and sour meatballs – kept hot in a crock pot
Mesculin salad - Mesculin mix of salad consisting of wild greens / cucumber slices / daikon and vine ripened tomatoes, plated and served with choice of dressings and pine nuts on the side.
Baba Louis bread – served in baskets at the table with a dish of olive oil, chopped garlic and basil leaf.

Entrees
Grilled Sirloin and fresh vegetable brochettes– choice sirloin and fresh garden vegetables placed on bamboo skewers then char grilled to perfection and basted with a home made marinade. Will provide strictly vegetable brochettes for the vegetarians.
Oven roasted pork tenderloin – boneless pork tenderloin seasoned with rosemary and olive oil and then oven roasted to perfection and sliced, served with a Marsala sauce or a fruit chutney would be very nice with the pork. (Your choice)
Grilled tuna – fresh tuna steaks seasoned with fresh dill and assorted cracked peppercorns, placed on the grill and basted with Noel’s scampi butter.
Pasta salad – bow tie pasta / cherry tomatoes/ julienne of garden vegetables all tossed with a homemade pesto vinaigrette, finished with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Long and wild rice / Garlic mashed potatoes made with little reds (and chunks for Jeff)
Fresh vegetable – half pans of broccoli florets – half pans of sautéed summer squash with bell pepper strips and herbs.
Asparagus spears – served on platters with a lemon and dill crème fraiche
Coffee station – sweet and low, sugar and creamers
Water to be on the dinner tables with sliced lemon
Noel’s Catering will provide a wait staff of 5 and 2 chefs for this event. Noels will provide all of above food items / buffet line utensils and chafing dishes.
We will be responsible for the set up and break down of this event. Noels catering will also supply all linens, all plate ware including cake plates, salad plates and dinner plates / all silverware / water goblets, champagne flutes, and coffee cups with coffee maker.
The price for this event will cost $ 75.00 per person, which includes 10% sales tax and all of the above foods and rentals items.

Sample Party Menu

Cold items
Fresh fruit salad – assorted fruits including honeydew / cantaloupe / watermelon / strawberries and grapes, all tossed with fresh squeezed orange juice and julienne of mint.
Chevronay rolls – homemade rolls served right out of the oven and placed in baskets served with sweet butter.
Pasta salad – bow tie pasta tossed with fresh vegetables, olive oil and garlic, finished with fresh grated Romano cheese and Italian parsley.
Fresh asparagus platter – fresh asparagus spears gently sautéed then placed on a platter with strips of roasted bell peppers and brushed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Hot items
Grilled marinated Chicken – boneless breast of chicken marinated in homemade vinaigrette then char grilled.
Grilled country style ribs – meaty ribs gently smoked with hickory wood then finished on the grill with a honey barbecue sauce.
Grilled Atlantic salmon and swordfish – cooked to perfection and served with a lemon dill crème Fraiche.
We will provide 2 wait staff /serving utensils for the buffet line and all of the above food items.
The cost of this menu will be $ 2115.00 including a 10% sales tax.
We do require a 30% deposit on all functions.

Sample Anniversary Party Menu

Stationary foods

Chicken and cheese quesidillas – a little spicy but very tasty, served with sour cream
Chicken wings – served with a blue cheese dressing on the side (chafing dish)
Mom’s sweet and sour meatballs – your guest will love these (chafing dish)
Complimentary appetizer
Apple smoked salmon – Chefs own smoked salmon served on rye squares with a lemon dill crème fraiche. Will also bring some of our smoked rainbow trout with honey mustard.
Noel’s Catering will provide a wait staff of 3 and 1 chef for this event. Noels will provide all of above food items / 20x 30 tent / white tabletop linen / 40 chairs / 200 - 7 inch plates and 5 - 8ft tables for seating and 4 tables for the stationary appetizers.
The staff will serve passed appetizers through out the day, we will cook product as people keep coming, and this will ensure hot and fresh food all day long.
We will be responsible for the set up and break down of this event.
The cost of this menu including a 10 % sales tax / all of the above food items / all rentals is $ 3,480.00.
We will need access to your kitchen.

Cold items
Fresh fruit salad – assorted fruits including honeydew / cantaloupe / watermelon / strawberries and grapes, all tossed with fresh squeezed orange juice and julienne of mint, garnished with pineapple.
Cheese and vegetable station – to include a wide variety of fresh garden vegetables and assorted cheeses displayed with crackers and dipping sauces.
Chevronay rolls –Baba Louis own homemade rolls served right out of the oven and placed in baskets.
Pasta salad – bow tie pasta tossed with fresh vegetables, olive oil and garlic, finished with fresh grated Romano cheese and Italian parsley.
Shrimp Cocktail – served with a red wine cocktail sauce and fresh cut lemon wedges passed by Noels waitstaff.
Garden Salad – fresh greens tossed with shredded red cabbage / carrots / tomatoes and sliced cucumbers. Served with choice of dressings.
Hot items
Oven Roasted Chicken – breast / legs and thighs all seasoned then placed in our own smoker and cooked with just a hint of Apple wood, then basted with a zesty barbecue sauce. (Very tasty)
Grilled country style ribs – meaty ribs gently smoked with hickory wood then finished on the grill with a honey barbecue sauce.
Baked Beans - an old time favorite served with bacon strips
Corn of the cob – served with sweet butter
Water / Coffee Station – bottled water / creamers / sweet and low / sugar packets
Noel’s catering will be responsible for the set up and breakdown of this event.
We will provide 5 wait staff and 2 chefs / Red checker tabletop linen / white dinner napkins /serving utensils for buffet line / all of the above food items, plate ware and glassware.
The wait staff will arrive 3 hours prior to the wedding to set up and stay until the cake has been served and all of the tables have been cleared, (8 hours).
A menu of this type is $52.50 per person including a 10% sales tax.
We do require a 30% deposit on all functions.

Sample Catering Menu ~ Entrée’s, Appetizers, and Party Trays
Fresh Fruit Platter ~ fresh watermelon, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, pineapple and strawberries. The tray is garnished with pineapple tops and mint. Cost $155.00 for 75 - 100 guest $125.00 for 75 - 50 guest $100.00 for less than 50 guest. Other fruits available upon request.
Vegetable Tray ~ Fresh, crisp vegetable trays with dip; baby carrots, celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower florets, cucumber slices, peppers, cherry tomatoes or mushrooms. Cost $95.00 - Large tray (60 - 75 people) $75.00 - Medium tray (50 - 40 or less people) $65.00 Small Tray (25 or less people)
Cheese/Pretzel Tray ~ Cubed cheeses: Hot Pepper Jack, Mild VT Cheddar, Colby Jack, Soft Pretzel Sticks, Strawberries, Seedless Grapes served with a Homemade Beer Mustard for dipping. Cost $110.00 - Large Tray (40 - 60 people) $85.00 - Small Tray (40 people or less)
Italian Tray ~ Sliced assorted varieties of salami, calamata olives, pepperoni, Provolone Cheese, Antipasto Kabobs. Cost $65.00/tray (30 - 25 people)
Fresh Baked Rolls ~ with your choice of Smoked or Honey Turkey Breast, or Honey Ham choice of cheese American or Swiss, all made with green leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoe. Cost $15.95/dozen
Chicken Salad ~ made to order for your event on your choice of rolls, wheat or white bread, or wraps. Cost $20.00/dozen
Meat and Cheese tray ~ Roast Beef, Roasted Turkey, Smoked Ham, American and Swiss cheese with assorted rolls and condiments to accompany the tray. Cost $35.00 (figure 2 sandwiches per person with your side items) serves 6 - 8 people; $55.00 serves 10 - 15 people; $75.00 serves 15 - 20 people; $85.00 serves 20 - 25 people
Beef Satay’s ~ 8" sticks of marinated sirloin placed on bamboo skewers ~ $2.50/stick min of 25 sticks when ordering.

Lemon Chicken Strudel ~ boneless strips of chicken , mushrooms, sweet cream and cheddar cheese wrapped with Phylo dough and baked to perfection.$45.00 – serves approx 8 people

Cold sides ~ Tossed Salad or Mesculin Green Salad with choice of dressing Ranch or Italian, Caesar Salad, Italian Pasta Salad (olives), Italian Veggie Pasta Salad (assorted marinated vegetables with pasta), Potato Salad (Mayo Style, Mustard Style, Red Potato Style, Ranch Style, or German), Coleslaw (Italian Style, Mayo style, Vinegar Style, or Ranch Style), Greek Pasta (penne noodles with black olives in a mayo base), St. Louis Garden Style Salad (broccoli, cauliflower, red onion and a mayo marinate), Bacon & Macaroni Salad, Cucumber & Blue Cheese Salad and many more sides to choose from.
Hot sides ~ Green Beans, Green Bean Casserole, Roasted Butternut Squash with smoked paprika, Potato Casserole, Grilled portabella mushrooms, Hash Brown Casserole, Mash Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Boiled little reds in pesto butter, Maple glazed Carrots, Mushroom Sage and craisin Dressing and many more to just name a few.

BBQ Scallops ~ sea scallops wrapped in bacon then pan fried and basted with house BBQ sauce, garnished with scallions - $18 per dozen

Our Famous Smoked Rack of ribs ~ full rack of our delicious smoked pork ribs $12.00 Sliced and basted with house barbeque sauce. - Est. 10 ribs per rack
Pull Pork in BBQ sauce ~ Served with Keiser rolls - $30.00/doz or purchase by the pound for $6.50 per pound
Oven Roasted Prime Rib ~ sliced and served with a burgundy a’jus and horseradish sour cream - approximately 16 servings per rib $220.00 cooked Rare!
Oven Roasted Half Chickens ~ roasted with fresh herbs then served with a lemon rosemary gravy $ 8.00 each – min of 20 half chickens when ordering.
Poached Atlantic Salmon ~ poached in a bath of Chablis and julienne of garden vegatables, served with lemon dill crème fraiche - $ 48 per side of salmon – approx 10 servings per side – Roasted or grilled salmon also available.
